Teaching activities
The BioSC supports researchers at the Institute of Genomics and Genetics in Geneva by providing assistance in data analysis and computational methodologies. As part of its mission, the BioSC offers a series of targeted teaching activities designed to help scientists master essential skills for modern data-driven research. These include an introductory course on the R programming language, an advanced module on command-line tools and the Linux environment, as well as specialized workshops focused on next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. The following sections provide a detailed overview of each course.
