Deciphering the genetic programs underlying nuclear heterogeneity in muscle fibers and the reprogramming induced by nerve injury

" I am honored that the iGE3 committee selected my project for the 9th PhD salary award. This fellowship will allow me to pursue my research understanding how sub-synaptic nuclei genetically specialize in skeletal muscle and how they respond to denervation in pathological conditions. Winning this award boosted my motivation and I am sure it will help my career. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Pre Castets and all the members of the lab for their daily support. Transcriptomic/epigenetic regulation of cytotoxic tumor-specific CD4 T cells in human cancer

" I am very honored to receive the iGE3 Salary Award 2021 and I would like to thank the selection committee for supporting my work. I was not in the lab when I received the communication but I immediately ran there to thank my supervisor, Camilla Jandus, for her valuable help, as well as all the other members of the lab. This award gives me great motivation and determination to study the regulatory elements by which CD4 T cells become cytotoxic, with the goal of exploiting these cells as new candidates for next-generation immunotherapy in cancer patients. Molecular mechanisms involved in recycling of modified ribonucleotides to prevent epitranscriptome poisoning

" I'm very grateful to be selected among the iGE3 PhD salary award winners, this opportunity will support my project research concerning RNA modifications regulating gene expression control. I will continue to investigate in deep the RNA modifications metabolism employing high-throughput sequence analyses and novel nanopore-based sequencing technologies. I'm thankful to the iGE3 committee to choose my project for this award, to my supervisor for his support and to my colleagues for helpful and valuable discussions. "

Symplastic pathway in differentiated root in Arabidopsis thaliana

" I am really glad that my project has been selected for this award. This is a great chance for young researchers to get support and recognition. I want to express my gratitude to the iGE3 committee for allowing me to investigate more about the genetics behind cell-to-cell transport in plants. In the context of climate change, this work will contribute to better understand plant nutrition which is essential. I want to thank my supervisor Marie Barberon for being supportive and encouraging me along each step of this project and the lab members who are always present to give me advice and their constant support.
