Project at a glance

Common Disease Genetics and Genomics

Research focuses on utilizing extensive human datasets to identify genetic origins of prevalent diseases, then collaborating with scientists, clinicians and patients to comprehend and apply findings toward enhancing health outcomes. The work leverages expanding genome-wide sequence data at population scale paired with substantial health-related information, encompassing over one billion DNA sequence variants and data from hundreds of thousands to millions of research study participants, medical records, and non-medical sources including smartphone data.
