Project at a glance

We have two research areas.

  1. The in vivo functions of the Hsp90 molecular chaperone complex both in yeast and in the mouse.

We study these biochemically, pharmacologically, genetically and in silico. We also investigate Trap1, a mitochondrial form of Hsp90.

  2. The molecular mechanisms of signal transduction and integration by the estrogen receptor alpha at the cellular level and its implications for breast cancer.
